What does "disegno" mean?
The name Disegno (pronounced "Disenjo") comes from Italian (disegnare) and means "to draw" or "design". In later use, the meaning "idea" and "industrial production" was added to this word. In Australia, the word "Disegno" even developed into a noun - as the synonym for industrial production of the highest quality.
