Order and delivery

If you place your order by 12 o`clock, we will send the goods from stock the same day! In addition we will inform you by e-mail about the processing of your dispatch. This way you will always know when you will receive your goods.

In Germany the delivery time amounts to about 1 to 2 days, for all other European countries it amounts about 2 to 5 days. Here you will find the exact terms.

Freight cost

We deliver cost-efficiently by parcel service. E.g. we are packing at the best , in order to take advantage of the maximum weight of packages for you. The freight costs are invoiced at a flat rate depending on the number of packages

For large quantities, we automatically change over to palette dispatch by a forwarding agent, if this will result in economies for you.
